Kaumodaki Information Technology was incorporated as a private limited company in India on 9th October 2017 , with a vision to build deep expertise in IoT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. The company was founded with a strong purpose — to develop innovative solutions that bring real-world impact through technology.

In the early stages, we conducted extensive market research to identify emerging opportunities and industries where digital transformation could make the most difference. Our initial focus was on developing IoT applications using platforms like SAP and Google Cloud. As we progressed, we transitioned to open-source technologies, enabling us to deliver highly customized and cost-effective solutions.

With growing experience, we began developing electronic systems for telemetry data capture and control of electrical, electronic, and mechanical devices. Our R&D efforts expanded to testing microprocessors and microcontrollers in lab environments, eventually advancing into VLSI and embedded electronics to create custom-designed chip boards.

Kaumodaki Information Technology continued operations until August 2025, when its leadership initiated a strategic transformation to align with the future of intelligent systems. This led to the formation of Kaumodaki NexusGrid Private Limited, a next-generation technology company focused on embedded AI, IoT systems, smart sensors, and advanced electronic design.
